About the Collection Bover Aluet
The suspensions Bover Aluet were designed by Emiliana Design and included in the portfolio of the Spanish light manufacture in 2023. The collection was born from the desire to create a linear light fixture with a certain "presence" and substance. The material used, wood, lends the design's sober rectilinearity cozy properties and exudes a certain warmth.
Aluet's profile consists of a downwards open, U-shaped shade of ash wood under which the metallic body with the integrated LEDs is located. The light is distributed indirectly upwards or captured by the wooden profile, generating a soft, cozy ambient light or additionally distributed downwards with further light sources located on the metallic body's underside. Aluet's profile is supported by robust cotton strips, leading to the ceiling rose of metal. The ceiling rose extends on the whole profile width.
The version with uplight and downlight better illuminates the surface below and is outstandingly suitable as a dining table illumination. Bover Aluet S/100/2L connects two profiles and is suitable for longer tables and also bar counters. Aluet is a versatile light fixture providing both a cozy light and an elegant aesthetics in private households or restaurants.
Please, note that the wooden profile cannot be turned or otherwise flexibly directed. Because Bover Aluet's shade is made of wood, there can be differences in colour hue.
