About the Collection Axolight Cloudy
Cloudy - a floating eye-catching light sculpture in the room
Because of its large, opulent shape, Cloudy by Axo Light visually dominates the room and possesses an especially scenographic character. It is easy to understand what inspired this design by the Russian designer Dima Loginoff for the manufacturer Axo Light: like the clouds it is named after, Cloudy seems to float in the air. The spherical elements of different sizes are asymmetrically arranged, while the thin textile which surrounds them creates an harmonious whole.
The five spheres of opaline PMMA composing Cloudy are affixed to a nearly invisible aluminium or steel structure. The spherical diffusors are surrounded by a semi-transparent, elastic textile which is laid like a veil on the spheres and is responsible for the light fixture's uniform silhouette. The diffusers are equipped with integrated LED lamps which emit light of the same intensity.
Cloudy by Axo Light provides soft, pleasant light and demonstrates its visual presence in public and private spaces. Several Cloudy suspensions arranged next to each other underline the light's scenographic character and create stunning light sculptures.
Cloudy is dimmable via a 1-10V interface. Please, note that for this purpose a 5 cables connection is required.
