Artemide
Reeds Collection

The Reeds LED floor lamps by Artemide were designed by Klaus Begasse and resemble reeds or bamboos. They are naturally emphasized next to a garden pond and among high flowers or grass stalks. The collection comprises a floor lamp with IP67 protection class and one with IP68 which can stand directly in water.

The Reeds lights consist of an organically shaped base with anthracit grey synthetic cover in which seven, slender rods of different sizes are inserted. The base is made of stainless steel and polycarbonate, the diffusers are of methacrylate. The diffusers spread a soft, diffuse light and have the appearance of naturally grown reed stalks. The base's shape makes narrow groups of several lights possible with a seemingly random stalks arrangement devoid of repeated pattern.
