The Ilio Terra LED floor lamps by Artemide are modern light sources of absolute geometrical clearness. Beside the Ilio in original dimensions, the collection comprises the delicate Ilio Mini which comes with the same height and a width reduced by half and does not shine as bright. Both light fixtures are switchable and dimmable via a switch, and can now be operated with Artemide application.
The light fixture's shade is based on the most elementar, geometrical shapes. The light body is a slender, cylindrical tube, while the flat base is square. The light fixture does not have any frills or small parts, only the switch on the light body and a metallic ring on top of the tube create a contrast. The light body is made of aluminium, the base of steel, however both parts are lacquered in the same colour, so that they work as a unit.
