About the Collection Artemide Athena
The LED floor lamp Athena is a timeless and functional uplighter, designed by Naoto Fukasawa.
The light fixture is composed of two large, round plates of the same size, forming the diffuser and the base and connected by a long, slender aluminium stem. There is a high-performance LED unit and a heat sink in the diffuser. The shade directs the strong light upwards and provides indirect general light. The dimmer located on the stem enables to adjust the illumination depending on light needs and atmosphere.
Its elegant minimalism and strong, high-quality LED light turn Athena into a timeless lighting object for every style and place. It provides pleasant ground illumination in the living room or in the bedroom, but is at the same time space-saving and sets a clear graphical accent.
