About the Collection Artemide Altrove
The Altrove light fixtures by Artemide are a design by Carlotta de Bevilacqua and are characterized by their straightforward design and impressive lighting effects. The collection includes pendant lights as well as wall and ceiling lights in different sizes.
The body is made of an aluminium structure framing a methacrylate diffuser. It is transparent and decorated with a thin structure. The LEDs are integrated on two sides of the structure and shine their light inwards. In the case of the wall lamps, the light is additionally cast outside, creating beautiful light cones on the wall or ceiling. The pendant light provides upward light, that creates indirect illumination in addition to the direct lighting.
The light fixtures with variable light colour allow for especially effectful lighting and individual atmospheres. With the aid of the Artemide app they can be controlled via Smartphone.
