About the Collection Artemide Alphabet of Light
Alphabet of Light is a LED lighting system by Artemide, making fancy lettering and line patterns possible. The light fixtures express personal ideas, define room structures and set expressive signs with patterns, symbols and words of pure light.
Beside numerous lighting modules for individual compositions, the collection includes also several single light fixtures featuring linear, square, rectangular or round shape, available in diverse sizes and for various control systems. The design is signed by BIG (Bjarke Ingels Group).
Alphabet of Light has a narrow, flexible-shaped diffuser of methacrylate, spreading light all around. The suspension system or supporting structure of aluminium is so unobtrusive, that the diffuser has the appearance of an unbroken light line, seemingly floating before the wall or under the ceiling or in the middle of the room.
Each light fixture is dimmable and optionally available for DALI lighting system or for a control via Artemide application. A round or rectangular ceiling rose in discreet white contains the power supply unit.
