Artemide
Aggregato Collection

Design by Giancarlo Fassina

The Aggregato suspensions by Artemide were designed by Giancarlo Fassina and Enzo Mari when they were reflecting on the consequencies of the industrial production. Starting with few, simple basic shapes, they designed versatile illumination solutions for various requirements.

The collection includes suspensions with a conical or ball-shaped shade of synthetics or with a conical shade of metal, each in two sizes and with a simple or height-adjustable suspension via pulley. With the aid of separately orderable accessories, the Aggregato suspensions can also be mounted decentrally. The Aggregato light fixtures have been comprised in the Artemide portfolio since 1976. Thanks to their simple, functional design, they adapt to nearly every furnishing style and room. While the conical, metallic shades direct the light downwards, the opaline white, synthetic diffuser spreads additional diffuse light. The spherical synthetic diffuser provides evenly spread diffuse light all around. Besides illuminating dining tables, the light fixtures also provide general illumination.
