Shipping & handling at nostraforma.com is easy and not complicated. If your merchandise is leaving our warehouse you get automatically an e-mail which informs you about shipping date, transportation company, parcel-Id and all information necessary to track the pracel.
Usually your order is shipped in one delivery. Due to different delivery times or size, shape or weight of the items, your order may be split up to more than one consignment. Resulting extra delivery costs do not apply.
If possible stocked items are shipped the same day they were ordered, everything else as soon as it arrives at our warehouse.
For shipments to Africa, America, Asia and Australia we care to find a good compromise between low shipping cost and fast delivery time. However extra fast delivery is possible on request.
To make your shopping easy, nearly all shipping and handling fees are automatically calculated by the shopping cart mechanism or can be obtained on every product page at "shipping information". |

Paying outside the European Union
On delivery outside the European Union such as Switzerland, Liechtenstein or specialities as the Canary Islands the German value added tax will not be charged. After acceptance of the ordered goods you simply have to pay the value added tax/import sales tax that is valid in your country. In Switzerland for example it amounts currently to 7,6%. Our parcel service UPS charges CHF 18,50 as all-inclusive costs for customs handling.
