Our payment methods

In order that you can choose the best payment method that suits to your desires. The following payment options can be offered:

Payment in advance with additional 4% cash discount
Please remit the amount after receipt of our advance payment demand by e-mail. For it please indicate your name and your order number. The shipment of storing goods can be carried out directly after receipt of your payment into our account. If the goods can not be supplied ex stock they will be ordered after receipt of payment and shipped after arrival in our warehouse.

Automatic debit transfer system / Payment made by direct debit with additional 2% cash discount
For using the automatic debit transfer system please indicate during the order transaction your bank details with account number and bank identification number. The invoice amount will be debited on your account on the day of shipment. This payment method is only available in Germany and you need a bank giro account. Please note that we definitively do not pass down your personal data, excepting the company that is entrusted with the credit assessment and the commercial bank that effects the handling of payments.

Payment with credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express)
Technological and organisational preventive safety precautions will be applied in order to protect your data that we administrate against accidental or deliberate manipulations. Your credit card information will be transfered encoded with 256-Bit SSL and handled strictly confidentially. So we can offer top security for your data. Even so if you would not like to communicate your credit card data online, please contact our service line. The Shipment of the goods in stock happens immediately after accepting your credit card payment.

Cash on delivery
The payment by cash on delivery is available in all European countries as well as in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. The payment is effected in cash and the amount have to be consigned directly to the deliverer during the consignment. The delivery of the available goods can be made directly after receiving your order. For deliveries until an order value of € 50,- within Germany and Austria and respectively € 250,- abroad we calculate a C.O.D. charge of € 6,-. For deliveries over € 50,- or € 250,- the consignments are carried out in all countries carriage free and without C.O.D. charge.

Payment with PayPal
You have to possess a PayPal account or to create it to be able to pay through PayPal. PayPal is an online payment system, in which the payable amount is collected per automatic debit transfer system or credit card. You can choose various payment options: PayPal-credit, credit card payment, bank collection or bank transfer.
