Lumina Opus Terra floor lamp
Floor lamp Opus with orientable reflector in high-tech-style has a 300W halogen lamp and produces a strong indirect lighting.
The floor lamp Opus by Lumina has been addressed by introducing some formal and functional novelties. The load-bearing structure is the synthesis and maximum simplification of a steel truss while the lighting body has optimal proportions to avoid overheating. The main line, visible, becomes an element of the whole design and connects to the round base, thus introducing a concept that later became a standards in the whole Lumina production: they provide a long cable which can be easily winded with in the base so as to leave in full sight only the minimum length required to reach the socket. Opus is a floor lamp with indirect light and a linear 300W halogen lamp controlled by a dimmer. This lamp can provide the ideal light both in a bedroom and in a living room, office or showroom. The ideal setting for Opus is a frontal position with a homogenous background or a backlit one, where its extreme slenderness can design a vivid and rational graphic. Its image was consolidated in time, thus making this lamp an icon of rationalism and an almost compulsory choice for High-Tech style homes. The pivoting reflector may be adjusted with the aid of a grip.
