The suspension lamp Allegretto Ritmico by Foscarini complements with its smaller proportions and dimensions the lamp series Allegro. It is ideally suited for use as focal point replacing a chandelier in small spaces as well as additional light used in series with the larger models. The suspension lamp Allegretto Ritmico is a fascinating, refined composition of metal bars that, when brought together in an almost magical equilibrium, describe surprising volumes and produce interesting light-shadow-effects. The special design of the metal elements makes it possible to obtain shapes that almost deny the material's typical characteristics and blend together creating a singular aerial and almost bodiless sensation. Another characteristic of the lamps: vibrations get the aluminium bars to swing and cause a soft sound. The lamp series with elements made of lacquered aluminium is available in three different shapes and colours. Each of them provides direct light downwards as well as diffuse indirect light reflected by the ceiling. The suspension lamp Allegretto Ritmico is delivered in a black colour.
