The floor lamp Multi X Terra Light by Lumina is made of of aluminium and steel and has an articulated arm made out of a series of stainless steel units. It´s base is pivoting. In his lessons of industrial design at Tel Aviv University, Yaacov Kaufman often studied grid structures and swivel coupler. Multi X was the result, in 1987, of one of these studies. It is a table lamp whose stem is made by an original mobile stem made up of small steel lightweight sections that balance by respective contrast. The structure can bend and curve in each direction and becomes the ideal support for a halogen light source that can be adjusted to all directions. Multi X Terra Light may be used as reading lamp or accent light. The lamp that has been new designed 2004, does not need a transformer.
