Catellani & Smith Sottovento 16 floor lamp
The floor lamp Sottovento 16 by Catellani & Smith belongs to a collection of timeless objects that exert a strong influence on their environments. It is a lighting object endowed with a strong presence that gives additional character to an interior. Stottovento 16 "under the wind" is made of 16 flexible brass or aluminium arms, that can be individually oriented . The stalk and the square base are composed of iron. The arms of the floor lamp with the steely base are available in brass, aluminium, nickel and satined. Additionally a completely nickeled version is available. The lamp is equipped with a dimmer on the cable. This lamp like all other illuminants from the Catellani & Smith workshops is handmade.
