The designer lights by Axo Light are best described as modern and glamourous. They complete every interior like the icing on a cake and are a successful mixture of Italian design, cosmopolitan lifestyle and elaborate craftsmanship. Axo Light designer lights are the result of a clearly defined philosophy that wants to transmit values and evoke emotions.
Clear lines and curves, glossy aluminum and glass are characteristic and  never look neither minimalistic nor overload. The designers are inspired by nature's great variety of colours and shapes, the art of mechanical engineering or exotic cultures. The lighting series Axo Light Obi, for example, with its large black textile lamp shades is reminiscent of a Japanese Kimono belt. Whereas the lamps and lighting fixtures of the Axo Light Subzero series look like the nordic cool interpretation of traditional crystal luminaires by combining glossy chrome with icicles in bohemian lead crystal.
Axo Light is a realitvely young company based in inland Venice. Its lamps and lighting fixtures  reflect the regional blown glass tradition and artisan workmanship, combined with modern lighting techniques and materials. The company aims to create an atmosphere by the means of lighting and  to highlight and structure spaces.
To better achieve these targets the new Axo Light headquartes with showroom, offices and operative areas were opened in September 2008. The creative architecture consists of a series of monolithic buildings with glazed walls and mirroring water surfaces that offer a dialogue with the natural landscape and the right setting for new ideas and products.
