Anta stands for designer lights made in Germany representing high-quality workmanship paired with excellent design. Gertrud Kracht founded the middle-sized company with headquarters near Hamburg more than 35 years ago and named it after her daughter Ann. Ever since Anta develops, produces and markets first-class designer lights with distinctive character which harmoniously fit in every kind of interior. Anta's product offering is quite small with around 40 models, but includes timelessly classic and well-known design lights like the slender table lamp Anta Cut made of aluminium and bone china. Compared to this, the pendant lamp Anta Cara is rather futuristic but not less elegant. It consists of white and silver printed circuit boards equipped with 70 power-saving and durable LEDs that float from the ceiling and produce a mystical myriad of falling stars once the lamp is switched on.
