The side table Sunny 01 by Accente stands on a sub construction made up of four legs in solid wood. This can be stained in Accente colours, coated in adequate glass plate colours, solid walnut or by request in special RAL or sikkens colours. The desk top is a 4 mm thick glass plate availbale in 11 different colours with optional handles in chrome.
Above all, in the year 1981, it has been the idea and the courage, by the brothers Vieten, setting about reviving, refreshing and making perfect a traditional and extraordinary technology for furniture manufacture. Hereby it concerns the Loom-Technology, which has been developed in the USA, in the twenties. With this idea, Hans and Heinz Vieten have given an impulse of revival to the Loom-Furniture, in the whole world. ACCENTE Loom-Furniture possess an resilient core of high qualified, curved beech wood. Coated with a close fabric, consisting of wire and thrown paper. The material is making possible an incredible multiplicity of shape, which is manufactured in endless webs, There are hardly no limits of creations for a designer like Hans Vieten, inventor of new shapes and complete collections.
